Worst customer service / Buyer Beware!
"It’s no wonder Spigen scored an “F” with the Better Business Bureau. The product I ordered failed to hold the phone while I was driving (safety hazard). I Tried to return the item with a link I was provided (plugged in required info) to get an “item not found” error. This is where the customer service failed. They keep you in a loop of “troubleshooting” (when they decide to respond) until you miss your return window and then they ghost you. I now have to get my credit card company involved."
