*In certain cases, we may require the item(s) to be returned for inspection or review. Please refrain from disposing of the item(s) until the warranty process has been finalized, as doing so may void the warranty.
Spigen.com 2-Year Limited Warranty Policy:
The below warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions governing our warranty program, aimed at providing assurance and satisfaction to our valued customers who have made purchases on www.spigen.com, with the exception of products within our Enzo Leather Case Collection which shall have a separate warranty provision. Please carefully review the following information to understand the scope of our warranty coverage and any exclusions that may apply.
Eligible Purchases:
Our 2-year limited manufacturer warranty applies to products purchased through the following authorized channels operated by Spigen Inc. based in the United States of America (the āProductā):
- Spigen.com online store
- Amazon US / CA / MX / BR listings sold by Spigen Inc.
- eBay.com listings sold by Spigen Inc.
This limited warranty applies only to components of the Product that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or damage from other external causes, alteration, repair, or commercial use.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use of the product;
- Product usage for unintended purposes;
- Misuse, mishandling, accidents, or any other abnormal use of the product;
- Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance;
- Products that are not genuine or not manufactured by Spigen;
- Purchases made through third-party sellers not authorized by Spigen;
- Products within the Enzo Leather Case Collection.
Warranty Coverage:
Our warranty ensures that Spigen Products1 are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the Product. Please note that certain Spigen Products, including Products within the Enzo Leather Case Collection, may have different warranty durations. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws resulting from manufacturing errors, which may be remedied within the remaining warranty period. The original product is required for any future warranty requests. Accidental drops, installation failures, or normal wear and tear due to owner usage are not covered under this warranty.
If you obtain a replacement Product or part, this limited warranty applies to such Product or part for the remainder of the original warranty period.
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your product, regular maintenance is important. Our warranty program strongly recommends routine inspection and cleaning, with particular attention to any moving parts, if present. To help prevent issues, we advise regularly checking that all components are secure and avoiding any rough handling that could affect the product. Neglecting these maintenance practices may impact your warranty coverage.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Unless expressly provided otherwise, all Spigen products are supplied to you on an āas is,ā āwhere is,ā and āwhere availableā basis. Spigen makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to its products. Spigen expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, with respect to Spigenās products, including warranties of merchantability, quality, title, and fitness for a particular purpose.
You understand and agree that Spigen has no liability for loss in value, damage, destruction, or inability to use third-party products such as customer electronic devices that are contained inside or outside of Spigenās products including, without limitation, laptops, smartphones, cellular phones, or other handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices.
WITHOUT WAIVER OF THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPIGEN, THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING THOSE RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE OF SPIGEN PRODUCTS, EVEN IF SPIGEN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO SUCH EVENT WILL SPIGEN AGGREGATE LIABILITY (WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEROY) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR A SPIGEN PRODUCT THAT IS MOST CLOSELY RELATED TO YOUR DAMAGES.

The foregoing limitations will apply even if any warranty or remedy provided under these terms fails its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or other limitations set forth above, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Without prejudice to the foregoing and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall have no liability to you if the products infringe or are alleged to infringe any rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party.
BY MAKING AN OFFER TO PURCHASE A SPIGEN PRODUCT, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY BE WAIVING RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS THAT ARE AT THIS TIME UNKNOWN OR UNSUSPECTED, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH WAIVER, YOU
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE, THE BENEFITS OF SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA, AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY, WHICH PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS:
āA GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING
THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.ā

Enzo Leather Case Collection: Lifetime Limited Warranty:
The Enzo Leather Case Collection is warranted to you by Spigen, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of its purchase. For this Lifetime Limited Warranty to apply, you must follow the care and use instructions provided with the Enzo Leather Case Collection Product.
This warranty covers normal use only.
This Lifetime Limited Warranty covers the original retail consumer purchase of the Enzo Leather Case Collection Product for all manufacturing defects purchased directly through www.spigen.com and via the Spigen, Inc. store on Amazon USA. Coverage terminates if a covered consumer sells or otherwise transfers the Enzo Leather Case Collection Product (this warranty is provided only to consumers, and all express and implied warranties to nonconsumers are disclaimed).
This Lifetime Limited Warranty does not cover the natural aging of the leather (scratches, marks on leather, patina, natural softening of the leather causing changes in the color, feel, shape of the leather part of the case, etc.), water marks, or misuse/mistreatment of the Enzo Leather Case Collection Product, damage from abuse, commercial use or other non-consumer use, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, overheating, or any use not in accordance with the instructions provided with the Enzo Leather Case Collection Product.
This warranty does not cover damages such as a cost of repairing or replacing other property that is damages due to a defect in the Enzo Leather Case Collection Product, the cost for transportation of the Enzo Leather Case Collection Product to get warranty service, loss of time, loss of use, or other consequential or incidental damages. The Lifetime Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase and lasts as long as a covered consumer.
The leather used for the Enzo Leather Case is vegetable-tanned, full-grain premium leather. Vegetable tanning is a natural process that involves soaking animal hides in vegetable tannins, without the use of any chemicals. Compared to chemically treated leather, vegetable-tanned leather is thicker and holds up to more rugged or daily use but is not as water-resistant.
We recommend keeping vegetable-tanned leather away from water for at least the first month or so of use, to allow the leather fibers some time to soften and absorb oils to increase its natural water resistance. If wet, donāt let it soak but pat dry and condition. Additionally, vegetable-tanned leather is sensitive to high heat/extreme temperatures, so do not use a blow dryer or heat gun on the leather, and do not store the case in an excessively hot area. Treat and condition the leather on the Enzo Leather Case as you would on your other leather goods
