Return Policy

  • ● All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, and all items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
  • ● Must include a valid original purchase order number from Spigen.com. Purchases made outside of Spigen.com must contact respective seller for returns.
  • ● Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • ● Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
  • ● Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
  • ● Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
  • ● If you are not using our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Spigen Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
  • ● Products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
  • ● The prepaid return label is not available for international returns.

    * Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

    * Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.

    Please follow these instructions for returns:

    ● Enter your order number and email address used for the order.
    2. Choose the item(s) you wish to return, and enter the reason for return for each item.

    3. Select the shipping method for the return. Customers choosing the pre-paid shipping label method should be able to access the pre-paid shipping label right away through the returns portal. An email containing the shipping label (may have been sorted into your Spam folder) should have also been sent.

    4. Package the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable), and drop the package off at your local post office. If you are not using a pre-paid shipping label, please ship the package to the following address:

    5. You should receive an email notification of the refund once we have received and processed the returned package.
