"I unequivocally disagree with the 1-starred review of this laptop case. I use it for my 16" MacBook Pro and I'm actually back here to find another Spigen case for another product, exactly because I think this laptop bag is superb. And I tested quite a few, to get to this one."
"I'm sorry, but this product falls below expectations. The largest MacBook simply slides from one end to the other inside the case. The rubber bands are quite bothersome, making it impossible to use the laptop while it's inside the case. Occasionally, the case closes with the bands on the outside, preventing the zippers from closing. The four bands in the corners don't effectively secure the laptop in place; instead, they add extra time to the packing and unpacking process. The so-called "hard" case isn't truly rigid; it flexes easily. While I haven't tested it by dropping the case, I doubt it would provide much protection given its oversized design. Additionally, it doesn't make it any easier to fit the laptop into your backpack. The side bands hinder the laptop from opening to a usable angle; it only goes to about 90 degrees. Moreover, the placement of the Airtag pocket is awkward, just above the screen. A simple impact at the wrong angle could damage the screen and the Airtag. I strongly urge the manufacturer to reconsider this case; it's currently ineffective and gives customers a false sense of laptop protection."
