I was hoping for an expedited shipment to replace the faulty one, but was told that is not possible. The refund process seems unnecessarily complicated."

"Easy to apply, but disappointed with the durability after the glass cracked within a few months of using. I’ve had cheaper ones last me for much longer. I guess I’ll go back to cheaper alternatives."
"Installation is very easy and simple. My only problems was making sure my screen was exceptionally clean. Upon using it the first time I encountered a crumb, so I had to remove it and use the second screen protector which I applied with minimal bubbles. The bubbles were easily removed with the provided application tool, and it is flawless!"
