"I am not installing it over an electrical junction box. That means I need wood screws which are not included in the package. So I went out and bought some at my local hardware store. Unfortunately I seem to have gotten the wrong type -- the heads extrude too far so the Nest baseplate won't attach properly. Back to the hardware store tomorrow. You should either include the necessary hardware or at least provide advice in the instructions about what type of screws are needed."
