"My black case is fantastic, it's grippy yet smooth to the touch. Lightweight and almost minimalistic, but loaded with supreme quality features. The air cushion technology is unique. I have a screen protector and it feels like complete protection. I can easily say this is my favorite phone case. I most definitely recommend this case!"

"I've used this case for about 6 months now and am very satisfied with it overall. As a clumsy person I have dropped my phone many times, mostly on carpet or laminate but occasionally on unyielding concrete or asphalt. The phone is unscathed and the case has only suffered the minor wear and tear shown in the attached photos. As you can see the paint has chipped and peeled, mainly along the edges though in a few spots along the back face as well. Two of the corners have some small scrapes. The case snaps on and off easily. The smooth plastic of the back feels nice, whereas the ridges on the power button help me to find it easily in the dark. None of the buttons have that annoying added resistance you find in some cases, where you need to press twice as hard to activate the button. The kickstand is sturdy and never pops out unprompted. Because the stand is placed closer to one side you get two viewing angles to choose from, one higher and one lower. The branding is subtle and unobtrusive. It's handy to be able to check the side for the name of the case, I even did that to get to this page. My last case was an older Spigen and this one definitely surpasses it. Specifically the kickstand on the old case snapped off but I can tell that they improved the design for this case. Personally I view my phone as a tool, but an expensive one that I want the best protection for. Though I wouldn't want it to look ugly and garish, a little paint chipping is not a big deal to me. If you place more value in how your phone looks this might not be the case for you. For me the durability and accompanying peace of mind is more important, hence why I gave the product 4/5 stars."

"I ordered a case for a Samsung phone. I neglected to remove the automatic choice and so got a case that didn’t fit my model. I sent an email with questions about a return/refund. No response at all. I later discovered the ‘process return’ link on the website and printed a label to return it. The form to process the return offers an exchange option, the website says that they don’t exchange items. If they had a phone not mover to call, or, if they responded to questions on their website form,!it would have been a more customer friendly experience. I ordered from them because I have a case for another phone that I like. Still, I believe that if a company is going to sell a product, they should have worthwhile customer service department. They don’t."
