Tesla mats ship in a large flat box. The photo shows the actual box in a Model Y trunk so you can plan your vehicle space before pickup.
If your order includes Tesla mats, please note that these items are large, as indicated by the size and measurements on the product page. Make sure to bring a vehicle that can fit your purchase, as we cannot repackage or resize the mats on-site.
Pickup Instructions

On the date and time slot you selected in the form. Missed pickups are forfeited.
- Who
The customer on the order, or the authorized pickup person named on the form.
- Bring
A valid photo ID that matches the name on the order or the authorized pickup person.
- Sale terms
This event is final sale. No returns or exchanges.
