Updates to Spigen.com Shipping Policy

Overview

This notice describes changes to shipping availability on Spigen.com, effective . Please review the section that applies to your account.

1. Changes to Shipping Availability

Effective , Spigen.com will only accept orders for shipment to valid U.S. addresses, as defined in Section 3 below.

The following changes will take effect on that date:

  • Spigen.com will no longer accept orders for shipment to destinations outside the United States.
  • Delivery options outside the United States will no longer be displayed or available at checkout.
  • All orders placed on or after must be shipped to a valid U.S. address.

Orders placed and shipped within the United States will not be affected by this change.

2. Orders Placed Before May 23, 2026

Orders placed and accepted by Spigen before for destinations that were available for shipment at the time of checkout will be fulfilled in accordance with the shipping terms in effect at the time the order was accepted.

Spigen reserves the right to cancel, hold, refuse, or limit any order where fulfillment cannot be completed, in accordance with our Terms of Use and the shipping terms referenced in the Appendix below.

Orders cancelled due to the above will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund timing is subject to your payment provider's processing times.

3. Definition of "Valid U.S. Address"

For purposes of this notice and all orders placed on Spigen.com on or after , a "valid U.S. address" means a physical or deliverable mailing address located within:

  • The 50 United States
  • The District of Columbia
  • U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands, to the extent carrier service is available to the specific destination
  • APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses, to the extent carrier service is available to the specific destination
  • A U.S.-registered freight forwarder address, provided the freight forwarder maintains a verifiable U.S. street address

A valid U.S. address does not include P.O. Boxes where carrier restrictions prevent delivery. Spigen reserves the right to verify address eligibility and to decline orders where the destination cannot be confirmed as a valid U.S. address under the definition above.

4. Rewards Program

The shipping policy change described in this notice affects certain Spigen Rewards Program benefits. This section provides information for Rewards members.

4a. Changes to Rewards Benefits

  • Any rewards program benefits specifically associated with delivery outside the United States, including the $10 off international shipping benefit for Executive tier members, will no longer be available effective .
  • All other tier benefits not related to delivery outside the United States will remain unchanged.
  • On or after , rewards redemption is only valid for orders shipped to a valid U.S. address.
  • All other Rewards Program terms, including points expiration, redemption rules, modification rights, and account eligibility, remain governed by the Spigen Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

4b. Members Without a U.S. Address

If you hold unredeemed Spigen Rewards points and do not have access to a valid U.S. shipping address, you may still place orders shipped to your international address before , while international delivery is still available.

Any points remaining after that date will not be automatically removed. They will stay in your account subject to standard expiration terms and can be redeemed in the future if you have access to a valid U.S. shipping address.

Appendix: International Shipping Terms Prior to May 23, 2026

The following shipping options and terms applied to international orders placed before . This information is provided for reference only and no longer applies to orders placed on or after .

International Shipping Methods

By USPS

  • First Class Mail International: Varies by destination. Tracking is not available for this method.

By FedEx

  • FedEx International Economy: Time-definite delivery typically in 2–5 business days (2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico) from the U.S. to more than 215 countries and territories.
  • FedEx International Priority: Time-definite delivery typically in 1–3 business days from the U.S. to more than 220 countries and territories, and to the U.S. from more than 220 countries and territories.

International Order Terms

  • USPS First Class Mail International does not offer global tracking information.
  • In the event an order was split into multiple packages, any shipments after the initial shipment were sent via standard international shipping.
  • The recipient of the order was responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and any carrier-related fees. These fees varied by country. For further information, customers were directed to contact their local customs office.
  • Timely delivery was subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Circumstances outside of Spigen's control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, or carrier disruptions may have caused shipping delays.
