iPhone 4 / 4S GLAS.t Screen Protector
The Steinheil GLAS.t is made to protect the LCD from damage and scratches with specially processed glass that has been reinforced to increase shock absorbency.The entire surface of the GLAS t is transparent and the back side is covered with a strong silicon adhesive for easy installation. When installed, there are no gaps between the LCD and the GLAS t which means the touch screen's sensitivity is unaffected. To prevent any excess force from coming in contact with the edges of the screen protector we highly recommend that a case is used with the GLAS.t.
Whole Transparency
The GLAS.t is 0.4mm thick and made with chemically treated, transparent tempered glass.
Surface hardness : 8~9H
The surface of the GLAS.t has a hardness of 8-9H, three times stronger than regular PET film. Even sharp objects such as knives and keys will not scratch the GLAS t.
Oleophobic Coating
The GLAS.t has an oleophobic coating that prevents fingerprints and other contaminants and makes the film easy to clean.
Delicate Touch
The GLAS.t is coated on the back with a strong silicon adhesive that makes installation easy and attaches the film firmly so as to not affect the touch screen's sensitivity.
Anti-Shatter Film
If broken, the GLAS.t breaks into small pieces that are not sharp, making it safer than other glass products.
CAUTION
* As this is a glass product, please note that the edges of the glass are the most vulnerable areas. We highly recommend that you use a case along with your GLAS.t to avoid chipping or cracking the edges of your GLAS.t.
* When removing for re-use, the adhesive properties might wear off to an extent where the screen protector will not adhere to the device. It is not recommended to reuse the GLAS.t once it's been applied.
* Using excessive force when installing or removing the screen protector may damage the product.

Q. Does the GLAS.t work for iPhone 3G?
A. No, I am sorry but our iPhone 4/4S GLAS.t is designed only for the iPhone 4 and 4s.
Q. How do I install the GLAS.t?
A. Use the provided alcohol swab to clean your iPhone 4/4S. The tab labeled "Back" is the protective film that covers the adhesive (sticky) side of the screen protector. The tab labeled "Front" is the protective film that covers the front of the GLAS.t. Remove the Back tab and apply the screen protector to the iPhone 4 screen aligning with the cutouts. Squeegee any bubbles and then remove the Front tab when finished. The GLAS.t is a one-shot install. This means that once the screen protector is applied completely to the iPhone, it cannot be removed and reapplied. Make sure the GLAS.t is centered before laying down the GLAS.t. The GLAS.t is 0.4 mm thick and will recess the home button. For easy access to the home button, please apply the home button stickers provided with your GLAS.t package.
Q. What happens if I mess up on the installation or something goes wrong with my GLAS.t?
A. You do not have to worry! Your GLAS.t is protected by our GLAS.t Low-Cost Replacement Program. Simply return the GLAS.t product back to us with the replacement form filled out completely. You can find the form here: www.spigen.com/need1more
Q. How do I remove the GLAS.t?
A. The GLAS.t can be removed by using a hard card like an ID or credit card. Lift the GLAS.t with the card from any corner of the screen protector. Once the corner has been lifted off the iPhone, hold the corner and remove slowly. If the GLAS.t cracks, it will not shatter. The GLAS.t will not damage or leave residue on your iPhone screen.
Q. What cases will work with the GLAS.t?
A. All of our SPIGEN SGP iPhone 4/4S cases will work with the GLAS.t. For other brands, some slider cases may not work with the GLAS.t. The GLAS.t is 0.4 mm thick so if you have any doubts, please contact the case manufacturer.
Q. Is there anything I should take caution of when using the GLAS.t?
A. The GLAS.t is a product made of glass. While it is tempered to shatter within the film when dropped, there are some things that need to be aware of when using the GLAS.t. As with most glass products, the edges of the GLAS.t is the most vulnerable areas on the screen protector. This means the edges are the most likely to chip or crack when pressure or force is applied to it. If you see that the edges have chipped or have cracks, please remove the GLAS.t from your device as this can be potentially harmful. Please take care that your device is not accessible to children if your GLAS.t begins to crack. We highly recommend that you use a case along with your GLAS.t screen protector to avoid chipping along the edges.

Quality Design Value It's been over 2 months since I've have the Glas.t
It's saved my phone from multiple drops and scratches.
I highly recommend it.
I just wish they offered the tapered home button and rounded edges for the 4/4s like they do for the iPhone 5.(Posted on 5/8/13)

Quality Design Value I just received the Glas.t for the iPhone 4s today. Great speedy delivery from the USA to The Netherlands in just 5 working days. Very surprised but happy!
The Glas.t is by far the best screen protector I have ever used. It is great to have the real glass feel when scrolling and no oily fingerprints is wonderful! It is also crystal clear so you can get the full benefit of the retina display.
It was very easy to install; simple to line up and one press in the middle and the adhesive spreads to seal it in place. I only ended up with one bubble which was my own fault as I somehow left a huge bit of dust near the earpiece. If you can be sure there is no dust then you will get zero bubbles.
My iSkin case easily fits as does my Energizer AP1201 Silicone battery case which I was worried about.
Overall a great purchase which I'm sure will be great value for money compared to the cheaper screen protectors on the market.

Quality Design Value I've had the Spigen Glas.t on my iPhone 4S for about a month now, & I'm extremely happy with it.
I actually think that the oleophobic coating on the Glas.t is better than the one Apple ships on the iPhone, my fingers just glide over the surface of the screen like silk!
Caution: You get ONE shot at installing the Glas.t correctly, & one only.
Someone bumped me whilst I was installing mine, & although it's not a complete write-off, it's not stuck on dead straight & there are 3 small air bubbles trapped under the screen that won't disappear no matter what I do.
I'm not completely devastated about it, but being a perfectionist, it does set off my OCD alarm when things aren't perfect.
I don't use a case, so I don't mind the extra thickness or weight of the tempered glass, but it is quite noticeable, especially when you compare a "naked" handset to one with the Glas.t fitted. The Home Button does become somewhat more recessed, & the (e)poxy Home Button stickers that come in the package are just downright tacky & cheap.
Overall, the user-experience alone should be enough for most people to invest the extra money in the Glas.t.
A friend of mine has gone through 3 of them on his iPhone 5 already, each time he's dropped his phone they've saved his screen - replacing the Glas.t is MUCH cheaper than replacing a display assembly.

Quality Design Value I have had this protector for over a year now, and i couldn't imagine anything better! The fact that it is made out of glass is GENIUS because it makes the iPhone screen basically indestructible.
A couple days ago I accidentally slammed my phone hard onto concrete while trying to throw a ball (stupid I know), and when I picked it up it had large cracks and was totally wrecked. BUT it was only the screen protector that was damaged! I just now took it off and my phone looks brand new, not one scratch on it.
I have no doubt in my mind that if there would've been a plastic flimsy screen protector on my phone, the iPhone glass would be horribly damaged. That would have costed me around $100 to repair so the $30 to spend on this screen protector is COMPLETELY worth it.
Spigen has thought of everything with this one, including a little sticker to put over your home button so you can access it easily through the glass.
Also, the glass is almost exactly like the iPhone glass, you won't even notice there's protection on it. BUY THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!
