Cases with a flip cover may press down the Aluminum Home Button as the button raises the home button slightly. Aluminum Home Buttons used with GLAS.t Screen Protectors are compatible with flip cases.
Q. How can I make the magnetic on/off feature work?
A. Please make sure that the magnetic automatic on/off feature is enabled on your iPad first.
Then make sure the edges of the iPad is securely placed inside within the Leinwand case. It has to be inserted securely in order for the case cover to correctly align with the magnets within the iPad to trigger the on/off feature.
Because of the soft genuine leather binding of the case, you may need to place a hand over the cover and drop the third fold of the case onto the magnetic side of the screen for better alignment.

Quality Design Value I agree with Ron's review below. This case is quite a comedown from the original Argos case. Really loved that one, both for better leather quality and the secure closing ability.
This one claims to have smart cover functionality, and it does -- only when the iPad is laying on a flat surface. It will not adhere to the screen when being carried, just slides around, and exposes part of the screen. A reali design miss.
I've since bought the iPad Smart cover and a separate back shell. Not much to look at, but it works.(Posted on 3/19/13)

Value Quality Design Beautiful leather -- but overall has a suede-type feel, not the vintage leather feel from the original ipad...also, the cover is really flimsy -- it slips and slides all over the front and looks a bit sloppy (not to mention turning on and off the iPad inside your bag since it moves around). The original was solid and clipped shut on the ipad 1 -- this just isn't the same.

Quality Design Value Got it in the brown color and looks very good with my ipad. The leather feels high quality and feels sturdy but not too bulky.

Design Value Quality I love it ... It's just like the original Argos vintage leather... The leather gets better looking with age, due to oils on your hand disclosing it and minor scuffs etc... Beautiful... However I can't get the smart cover to work to save my life

Design Value Quality The leather quality is top notch. I've watched YouTube videos of other leather cases from Spigen and I got so fascinated about this leather quality. It's worthy to pay that much of money and it comes in several convenient functions.
