I bought a smart cover, but I wish that also covered the backside of iPad. This product has matching colors with smart covers. It still look nice without smart cover, only with screen protector on.

Had the brown variant for nearly a year now. It has aged just beautiful! It is just wonderful to hold and use my iPad2 with this casing. Will buy red one for wifes newly bought iPad2. Yes. iPad2, best buy at the moment!

Bought this from Sweden and no problem what so ever with shipping. As I recall. It was quite fast!

When I saw this case I knew it was for me. I purchased it at the same time I got my iPad2. It, along with the a black smart cover I picked up from Apple at the same time, have protected my iPad for as long as I've owned it (almost a year). I can't say how much I love this case, and how pleased I am that I bought it. It really doesn't make the pad thicker and cumbersome like some of the bulkier cases I've seen. It also offers great protection, and the quality look and feel of the leather really compliments the pad. I've used my pad a lot, transported it around the globe and not only has it kept my pad unmarred and looking like the day I bought it almost a year ago, it's also quite attractive. In fact the case itself looks as good (if not better) then the day I bought it as the leather has broken in and acquired a warm "glow." When I see some of the thick heavy cases others use to incase their elegant ipads I'm really please I've purchased this product. I can only hope one comes available for the new 3rd generation iPad.

I have no affiliation with SGP, here I go. The selection of a case for your ipad2 is an extremely individual want. I love the smell and feel of very fine high quality leather. I had the Piel Frama leather case for the original ipad; best one out there. But i wanted less bulk and went for ipad2. So for me, I absolutely love the Apple "leather" magnetic front cover. It's very soft and thin, turns the iPad on/off, and props it up, is made from real leather, and doesn't add bulk. But what about ipad2's cold metal back and sharp edges and protection for same? The Griff answers the call! It adds very little bulk, soft round corners, very nice high grade soft leather that smells rich, and is very reasonably priced; compare to the Piel Frama ipad2 leather back (ridiculous price, less coverage). No complaints at all guys. Way to go!!

I decided to go with the SGP Griff Grip case and I do not regret it. The quality is legit and it feels nice. I bought the black leather to match with my black leather smart cover and it matches well. It feels durable enough to protect my Ipad2 as well as thin enough not to ruin the sleek feeling of the Ipad. Recommend to all looking to get better protection than just a back film.
