SPIGEN SGP Slim Armor case for the iPhone 5 is specifically designed to protect the iPhone 5 at all angles. The TPU case features improved shock absorption on the top, bottom, and corners to effectively protect the iPhone 5 from external impact. Slim Armor is double layered with a TPU case and a polycarbonate hard case to provide additional protection in a form-fitted design. The case fits precisely onto the iPhone 5 for a natural and sleek look, and the speaker opening is specifically designed to fully utilize the speaker without reducing sound quality. The polycarbonate midsection has a matte finish coating design to provide the best grip with a soft touch. Slim Armor is designed to highlight the two-toned colors and structural edges of the back of iPhone.

iLounge Review
Without question, Slim Armor makes a very positive initial impression: the color choices are smart and will likely have broad appeal, it’s nearly as protective as we’d expect from the best cases, and comes in at an affordable price that makes us appreciate these factors even more. Q. What does it mean by "Double Layered"?
A. The case is actually in two parts, we have the anti-shock absorbent TPU case as the body and a polycarbonate hard case shell for that additional protection. The hard case portion is interchangeable with other Slim Armor hard cases.
Q. How do I remove the case?
A. Remove the device by pushing the case from the upper right corner first. Then push the upper left corner of the case to completely separate the device from the case.
Q. Can I use the case with my headphones/speaker?
A. The case is compatible with Apple EarPods, and earbuds with L-shaped plugs (within 6.17mm diameter) including Beats by Dr.Dre.
Q. Is it made out of real metal?
A. The Gunmetal and Metal Slate are the names of the colors that are available, but the actual case is made out of polycarbonate with a metallic finish.
Q. Is the case compatible with the GLAS.t or GLAS.tR (Slim and Non-Slim)
A. Yes it will be compatible with the GLAS.t and GLAS.tR, both Slim and Non-Slim
Q. What if I had more questions about the product?

- Could have been designed by Apple. Scratches very very easily Review by BrettE

Quality Design Value This case fits better than any case I have ever seen. The 2 pieces come together as one and hug the iPhone perfectly. Only problem is after a week, I have scratches upon scratches upon scuffs upon scratches on the back. Also have one deep pigtail scratch from cleaning it with something stuck to my shirt. It looks awesome from the front, feels awesome, but the back will look terrible quickly.

Quality Design Value This is my first product from this company. I was very impressed with the quality, and how it really compliments my iPhone 5, I got the gunmetal color. I wanted some protection, but didn't want to take away all the beauty of my iPhone. Nice Case, I like it.

Quality Design Value I'm an impulsive buyer when it comes to iPhone cases, when I had my iPhone 4 , I bought a dozen cases because they never seemed to fit my needs but when I got my iPhone 5 , I wanted to stop the cycle , I heard about spigen in a YouTube video , I'm so happy with the Spigen Slim Armor ,it's perfect and everything I wanted in a iphone case! Spigen is awesome!

- Protective and keeps the phone to a reasonable size Review by Amanda

Quality Design Value I bought this case in January and have waited to review it so I can describe how it stands up to my life. Which it does very well.
On a black iPhone, the Metal Slate case melds very well with the original design and looks great.
Under reasonable abuse (being put in a pocket with keys, small drops, etc.) the rubber "bumper" (top and bottom parts) don't scratch, but the plastic "backplate" does. But that's why the phone's in a case, right?
And as for how the phone survived those drops and scratches? It's perfectly fine.
The only thing that is mildly annoying is the accumulation of dust around the (very necessary) ports, but that's a flaw that any case will have.
Overall, a great product.(Posted on 4/17/13)

Quality Design Value I'll admit, I'm an iphone case snob. I hate anything too gaudy, poorly designed or just plain impractical. because of this, I've been looking for the perfect case for my iphone 5 for months now that would be slick, protective and compliment the already beautiful, elegant design of my device.
In walks the Spigen Slim Armour case. Just wow. It's like it was made for me. EVERY feature I wanted as well as all the ones I didn't, executed in perfect simplicity. Not to mention, the slim profile makes it very easy to use the various non-Apple headphones I prefer.
The included raised home button decal and $8.00 discount towards my next (inevitable) purchase sweetens an already sweet deal; not to mention the very reasonable price (I'd have paid up to $35.00 for this, easily.).
Stellar job Spigen. I'm thrilled beyond words that I waited to find this, my perfect case.
