Q. What are the differences between the Steinheil Ultra Crystal, Ultra Fine, Ultra Oleophobic, and Ultra Optics Screen Protectors? How about the clarity?
A. All of our screen protectors are Japanese made, enhanced optical hard films. Ultra Crystal and Ultra Oleophobic screen protectors are both clear type where it absolutely doesn't affect the screen image quality. Ultra Crystal has glass-like surface coating with the best resistance against scratches. Ultra Oleophobic has an oil resistant coating to resist oil and other contaminants. Ultra Fine screen protector is matte type hard film which resists against fingerprints and smudges, but it is less clear compared to other Steinheil screen protectors. Ultra Optics is our newest product which is anti-fingerprint and anti-glare and does not interfere with retina display.
Q. What type of applications do these screen protector films use?
A. All our screen protector films utilize "dry” application. Self adhesive film will attach itself to a screen WITHOUT any solution. It is an absolutely easy application process.
Q. Are these screen protector films reusable?
A. No, since Steinheil screen protectors utilize self adhesive application, removing the films would attract lint and dust, making it unable to be reattached.
Q. How do I remove the Films?
A. Tape one corner of the screen protector, then lift it up slowly to remove the screen protector.
Q. Do the Steinheil Screen Protectors leave any residue?
A. No, all of our Stenheil screen protectors utilize premium silicon adhesive which absolutely does not leave any kind of residue.

Quality Design Value Design gets 4 stars because I wish it extended over the entire front of the phone. That being said, I wish the curved protector came in this hardness 4H. It's like glass, very scratch resistant, doesn't warp, does not seem to lift, and doesn't get dings and grooves like the softer ones. I hate the soft ones, so when I first opened these I was thrilled.
It may be a little tricky to properly line up horizontally with the edges of your screen, as the protector JUST covers the screen, but I had no bubbles at all. Overall I think application is pretty easy, and this is a fantastic product.

Value Quality Design I have tried other products such as Zagg and Iskinz in the past and nothing can't compare to my experience with this screen protector. It was so easy to install without having to wet my screen or the screen protector. The dry application with the fact that you have two layers covering the protector during the installation makes for a perfect and accurate installation without fingers prints or excessive bubbles in the way. I still can't notice it and it's thickness is really remarkable. Probably the best product on the market and highly recommanded if you want to protect your expensive device just like me.

Design Value Quality Overall, I'm happy with the screen protector. It is clear, smooth and seems like it will hold up well. The application was relatively easy with only a few stubborn bubbles that I managed to work out. It was a bit sticky at first but that quickly wore off. My only major complaint is how small it's cut down. I knew that it would be cut a bit small to avoid having issues with the curved glass, but I do wish it was a bit wider and that perhaps it wasn't as thick at the edges. The protector covers about a millimetre to each side of the display area width-wise and I would really like the added comfort of a bit more width. It's also fairly noticeable by touch and sight at the top and bottom where it was cut short. If it were a bit tapered in thickness towards those edges it may help.

Design Value Quality I've owned Steinheil/SGP/Spigen products for a long time. I've had them on my Motorola Xoom, HTC G2, etc. When I went out and got my Galaxy S3, it was a no-brainer. The quality is just top-notch. I wish I can give it 6 stars. There has been nothing like it. For a glossy protector, it resists fingerprints VERY well. Though it's a little pricey compared to generic, no brand names, it's excellent value. The reason why I gave the design 2 stars is because the cut is precise except that it's a little too long --both top and bottom. I applied this specific screen protector on 3 phones so far and it's exhibits consistency. That is, the screen protector (being 4H, hard) sticks out past the curve of the top and bottom edge by a little. That part where the screen protector isn't stuck on the screen gathers lint and dust very quickly which will force the screen protector to eventually start peeling. I've had mine on for less than an hour and I can already tell this will have to come off my phone soon because it will accumulate dust and lint in no time. Keep in mind that on completely flat screens, SGP screen protectors last forever. My Xoom and G2 saw some serious abuse from my two toddlers and the screen protectors probably did more than what SGP ever thought it could do. On the Galaxy S3, though, not so much.
SGP, if you can cut a millimeter on the top and bottom you have yourself another perfect screen protector in your hands.(Posted on 10/24/12)
