| Q) | What are the different between the Steinheil Ultra Crystal, Anti Finger, and Ultra Oleophobic Screen Protectors? How's the Clarity? | |
| A) | All of our screen protectors are Japanese made, enhanced optical hard films. Ultra Crystal and Ultra Oleophobic screen protectors are both clear type where it absolutely doesn't affect the screen image quality. Ultra Crystal has glass-like surface coating with the best resistance against scratches. Ultra Oleophobic has an oily resistant coating to resist oil and other contaminants. Anti Finger screen protector is matte type hard film which resists against fingerprints, and smudges, but it is less clear compared to other Steinheil screen protectors. | |

| A) | All our screen protector films utilize "Dry" application. The self adhesive film will attach itself to the screen WITHOUT any solution. It is an absolutely easy application process. | |

| A) | No, since Steinheil screen protectors utilize the self adhesive application, removing the films would attract lint and dust, making it unable to be reattached. | |

| A) | Tape one corner of the screen protector, then lift it up slowly to remove the screen protector. | |

| A) | No, all of our Stenheil Screen Protectors utilize premium silicon adhesive which absolutely don't leave any kind of residue. | |

| A) | All of our Incredible Shields are soft urethane skin to protect your device. The Incredible Shield 4.0 and Ultra Coat are both clear type body protectors where the Ultra Coat is lot glossier than the 4.0. The Ultra Coat also has better thickness for the best protection as well as the best resistance against yellowing. The Ultra Matte body protector is a Matte Types body protector which has very pleasant matte texture to the protector to resist smudges and fingerprints. Each of the Set includes Incredible Shield Body soft urethane body protector for the Sides and the Back of the device, and the Steinheil Screen protector film for the front. | |

| A) | There are two types of application for the Incredible Shield set. For the Steinheil screen protector film included in the set, you don't need any solution to attach it to the screen. All the Steinehil screen protector films utilize a "Dry" application. For the Incredible Shield body protector skin, you would need to spray the included solution onto your hand and to the body protector before installing it. All the Incredible Shield body protectors utilize a "Wet" application. | |

| A) | Yes, and No. The Incredible Shield body protector skins are re-attachable with another simple spray of the solution, but the Steinheil screen protector films are not reusable. | |

| A) | Simply and slowly pull the skin off of the device from the corner. DO NOT pull to hard if you are going to re-attach it, as it could get stretched to become unusable. | |
