Quality Design Value It's extremely slick and thin yet provides decent protect due to the special PU border.
The PU part has a matte finish with graphite texture and a very subtle sparkle. It's very grippy and thin. All cutouts for ports are very precise and buttons are extremely easy to press.
I'm genuinely impressed by SGP for the design of this case. It just feels wonderful in hand and aesthetically pleasing, yet provides decent amount of protection unlike most of the thin cases out there.

Best slim case for Galaxy Nexus Review by m575
Quality Design Value Being so thoroughly impressed with this case, I felt compelled to write a review. After buying 4 different cases for my GNex and ending up taking them off, I stumbled upon this case and am so glad I bought one. SGP deserves kudos for making a case that looks as good as the phone inside of it. It looks as if the case is the actual housing of the phone...all the design features like the battery door cover and side curves are reflected in the case. Cut-outs are absolutely flawless. Amazing attention to detail on this case.
The case rises up ever so slightly around the screen to protect it when you place your phone face down. However it is so slight that it doesn't inhibit finger travel on the screen...a HUGE plus in my book.
The only possible negative I can think of is that it is almost too easy to turn your phone on and change the volume with this case. I've come across this with every case I've had for this phone and I think its the fact that Samsung made the buttons on the phone so flush and small that there's nearly no travel in them. Otherwise the case is flawless.
This case is by and far the best I've used on my GNex and quite possibly the best case I've ever used in general. If you're looking for a case that takes little to nothing away from the beauty of the GNex and offers pretty decent protection, you'll be hard pressed to find anything better than this.
