The iPhone 5 Neo Hybrid EX Slim Case not only protects the iPhone 5 efficiently, but also preserves the original design of the iPhone 5. Q. Is the Neo Hybrid case compatible with the Lightning to 30-Pin adapter?
A. No, the case and the lightning adapter will not be compatible. You will need to use the original Apple lightning cable to charge your device.
Q. Will there be more colors available, or will you start to sell the frame or silicone colors separately?
A. At this time, we do not have them available. We are considering it with our developers for now, and if we can get enough customer interest and more detail plans, we may be able to make that available for purchase.
Q. I received my Neo Hybrid and it looks like there's a chip on the frame on the inside, is this normal?
A. Yes, the chip and/or the unpainted area inside the frame is a manufacturing mark that was created during the production of the case. All of the cases will have those marks on the inner part of the frame. If there are any damages upon receiving the case on the outside, please contact our support team with a clear photo of the issue as soon as possible to our Warranty Department on HelpDesk found on your Account Dashboard.
Q. Can I use the case with my headphones/speaker?
A. The case is compatible with Apple EarPods, the standard male 3.5mm output. Also earbuds with L-shaped plug (within 6.17mm diameter) including Beats by Dr.Dre.
Q. Is the case compatible with the GLAS.t or GLAS.tR
A. Yes it will be compatible with the GLAS.t and GLAS.tR

Quality Design Value I was very excited to get my new iPhone and my brother recommended this case. I got the iPhone 5 Case Neo Hybrid EX Slim Snow and put it on last night. During my commute to work this morning I discovered that my skullcandy headphone jack is too fat to fit into the jack. The case does not allow enough room for the rubber part of the jack to go all the way in. I am disappointed and I am considering returning the case although I do like the look and everything about the case.

Quality Design Value This bumper is awesome. It has a great design, and the aluminum color looks great on my white iPhone. After a few months, the silicon gets discolored a little bit. I got a few weeks after the iPhone was released, so there weren't a lot of options for cases at the time. It's a bit pricey, but it's a great bumper.

Value Quality Design Like the two piece design but if you put your phone in your pocket it slides off. I am trying to fix this by using double sided tape. Wished the designer did a better job on testing out his design.
If it wasn't for above I would give it 5 stars but the flaw is a big problem if you put the phone in your pocket.(Posted on 12/26/12)
