The iPhone 5 Neo Hybrid EX Slim Case not only protects the iPhone 5 efficiently, but also preserves the original design of the iPhone 5. Q. Is the Neo Hybrid case compatible with the Lightning to 30-Pin adapter?
A. No, the case and the lightning adapter will not be compatible. You will need to use the original Apple lightning cable to charge your device.
Q. Will there be more colors available, or will you start to sell the frame or silicone colors separately?
A. At this time, we do not have them available. We are considering it with our developers for now, and if we can get enough customer interest and more detail plans, we may be able to make that available for purchase.
Q. Is the frame made out of real metal?
A. No, the frame is actually still our popular Neo Hybrid frame made out of polycarbonate and finished with a metallic coat to give off the sleek and stylish edge to your mobile device!
Q. I received my Neo Hybrid and it looks like there's a chip on the frame on the inside, is this normal?
A. Yes, the chip and/or the unpainted area inside the frame is a manufacturing mark that was created during the production of the case. All of the cases will have those marks on the inner part of the frame. If there are any damages upon receiving the case on the outside, please contact our support team with a clear photo of the issue as soon as possible to info@spigen.com.
Q. Can I use the case with my headphones/speaker?
A. The case is compatible with Apple EarPods, the standard male 3.5mm output. Also earbuds with L-shaped plug (within 6.17mm diameter) including Beats by Dr.Dre.
Q. Is the case compatible with the GLAS.t or GLAS.tR
A. Yes it will be compatible with the GLAS.t and GLAS.tR

Quality Design Value The band is way too loose. Every time you grab the phone it clicks on the sides as it slides into place. Every time you pull the phone out of your pocket, you have to slide the band into its proper place. This is very annoying! WHen I plug in to recharge, I find that I have to adjust the band so the lightning port lines properly. Otherwise, I cannot plug the lightning cable.
After the band constantly slipped in and out, it broke in about a month. SGP was nice to send a band replacement under their warranty coverage as a one time deal, but the new band is as loose as the old one. This band will probably last another month.
I had the iPhone 4 version for close to two years and loved it. My kids also have the iPhone 4 version for over a year. No issues there and perfect fit. Good protection on falls, too. Too bad the iPhone 5 version is not a tight. SGP indicated that they loosen the fit due to complaints on the iPhone 4 version being too tight.
Please let SGP know they went to far in the looseness. The band looks great when it is in place. Looks awful when it slips out.
If anybody knows of a similar rubber and plastic band case, let me know. I am currently looking for a new case since this one will break in short time.(Posted on 4/11/13)

Quality Design Value Like the title says. This is my first Spigen product and it did not disappoint. I've already recommended the product to my dad and girlfriend. At $28.99, the case is a bit pricey, but it came packaged with a $7.99 gift card so that makes up for it a bit. My only complaint is that the pictures in the site really oversell the Metal Slate color. It is not as blue as pictured, but still mimics the look of the iPhone 5's antenna band.
Overall, a clean and simple case. The best bumper I've encountered on the market.(Posted on 4/8/13)

Quality Design Value Love the case and that's why I own a few. Had the original one but bought another 2 for other colours (wish there was a frame only option!) but now have the slim version.
My microUSB to Lightning (genuine Apple one) doesn't fit in the port! Stupid that Apple makes their adapters in so many different sizes, but the original Neo Hybrid case had a bigger port opening that fit nicely so I'm just a bit disappointed that the Slim doesn't fit.
Good case but now I find myself taking it off every night to charge!(Posted on 3/16/13)
