| Q) | What are the difference between the EX Ultra Crystal, and Premium Matte? |
| A) | All of our screen protectors are Japanese made, enhanced optical hard films. Ultra Crystal screen protector is clear type hard film which absolutely doesn't affect the screen image quality. Ultra Crystal has glass-like surface coating with the best resistance against scratches. EX Ultra Crystal has two of each Steinheil Ultra Crystal screen & back protector films. The EX Premium Matte comes with two of each Steinehil Anti Finger screen & back protector films which are matte type hard film that resist against smudges and fingerprints. |
| Q) | What type of applications do these Incredible Shield Screen & Body Protector set use? |
| A) | There are two types of application for the Incredible Shield set. For the Steinheil screen & back protector film included in the set, you don't need any solution to attach it to the screen. All the Steinehil protector films utilize a "Dry" application. For the Incredible Shield Side protector skin, you would need to spray the included solution onto your hand and to the body protector before installing it. All the Incredible Shield protectors utilize a "Wet" application. |
| Q) | Are these Steinehil EX Screen & Body Protector set usable? |
| A) | Yes, and No. The Incredible Shield Side protector skins are re-attachable with another simple spray of the solution, but the Steinheil screen & back protector films are not reusable. |
| Q) | How do I remove the Films & Skins? |
| A) | >To remove the screen & back protector films, tape one corner of the screen protector, and then lift it up slowly to remove the screen protector. To remove the skins, Simply and slowly pull the skin off of the device from the corner. DO NOT pull to hard if you are going to re-attach it, as it could get stretched to become unusable. |
| Q) | Do the Steineheil EX set leave any residue? |
| A) | Absolutely No. Steinheil screen & back protector and the Incredible Shield side protector use premium silicon adhesive which won't leave any kind of residue. |
| Q) | Are the Steinehil EX Screen & Body Protector Set compatible with any cases? |
| A) | Yes, it is absolutely compatible with famous Apple Bumper, as well as the most cases we offer. |
| Q) | Does it improve the "Death Grip" Reception issue? |
| A) | Yes. It adds an extra layer to the bezel where the infamous "death grip" is located. Since you aren't touching the death grip directly, it will improve the reception. |
